About Me
Hi everyone! My name is Kathleen Alyce Sanchez, and I am a singer, songwriter, and teacher studying at the University of Texas at San Antonio. I am currently a Graduate student pursuing my degree in Education & Human Development in Literacy Education. I aim to become a reading specialist, incorporate music in my lessons, and share my experiences with all educators. This platform is for anyone who has challenges teaching different topics and needs some advice, including articles and videos. Resources: Repeated Reading
Check out this video about Repeated reading and how it is used within the classroom setting. Repeated reading is also a form musicians use when learning long pieces of music, such as an opera. Giving examples to children to understand why they need to know this information can get them engaged and set goals for what they want to become.
